We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.

Important notes about subscription refunds:

  • Refund must be requested within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Only applies to first-time subscriptions
  • Renewal payments are not eligible for refund

2. Token Refunds

Unused tokens are eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase. Once tokens have been used for any analysis or feature, they cannot be refunded.

Token refund conditions:

  • Tokens must be completely unused
  • Request must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Partial refunds for token packages are not available
  • Token expiration does not qualify for refund

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Used or partially used tokens
  • Subscription cancellations after the 14-day period
  • Service interruptions due to user violation of Terms of Service
  • Usage of premium features or services
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations
  • Expired tokens or unused subscription time
